200×100 Challenge Updates

Congratulations!

You are helping us to raise the profile of mental illness and epilepsy and the fact that they can be treated effectively.

We are already beginning to organise some more mhGAP training workshops in Uganda, as the restrictions there have been eased to some extent. The funds you have raised will be invaluable for these workshops. We will keep the plans flexible as little is predictable anywhere at the moment.

We greatly value your support.

Details from the Strava Club:

Lots of cycling taking place this last week.

On Anglesey

Keeping up the calories is important on longer rides.

Deep in the countryside

She and Stewart found these animals crossing the road.
